Examples of 3D printed prototypes in Polyamide (PA12), PA GF (Polyamide loaded with fibreglass) and Alumide
Additive manufacturing by laser sintering has many advantages. Since it does not need printing supports, it allows complex shapes and articulated parts.
The produced pieces have good thermal and mechanical strength and do not require tooling.
Post-treatments such as polishing (to reduce surface roughness) paint or dyeing are also possible.
It is possible to print different materials in selective sintering.
Polyamide (or nylon) offers a good quality / price ratio.
The PA material can also be loaded with glass fibre or carbon particles to increase its thermal resistance or rigidity.
TPU, flexible plastic adds Elasticity to our 3D printing offer.
