Polyjet 3D printing technology

Technique of printing

PolyJet 3D printing is similar to inkjet printing. Instead of injecting ink drops on paper, 3D printers inject layers of photopolymer liquid onto a production tray.

The 3D printer injects and instantly hardens the UV of liquid photopolymer droplets.

It combines several materials into a single model, injecting multiple materials simultaneously allowing to get different levels of shore.

This means that for a single printed prototype, you can position multiple materials according to your choice, and even combine two or three materials to create composite digital materials with different and predictable properties.

It also permits to combine rigid and rubber materials.

Choice of materials Polyjet

Objet® VeroWhitePlus material:
Objet® VerWhitePlus is a white resin with reinforced mechanical properties that are resistant to bending.

Example of application areas:
Mobile parts and assemblies, Exhibition or sales models, Assembly of electronic elements.
The VeroWhitePlus Object is hard and opaque.

Simulation of standard plastics and creation of models corresponding to the appearance of the final product.

TangoBlackPlus Material:
Objet® TangoBlackPlus is a flexible rubber resin with an exceptionally long fracture.

Example of application areas:
Joints, Non-slippery surfaces.
The ultimate prototyping material if your target product will be made of rubber or similar. Footwear sole, etc.…..
The range TangoBlackPlus has 7 combinations of mechanical properties:
Rubber hardness Shore A27, A40, A50, A60, A70, A85 and A95.

Objet® TangoBlackPlus offers more tensile and tear resistance
