3D PRINTING FROM LIQUID RESINS

SELECTION OF STEREOLITHOGRAPHY MATERIALS (SLA)

ACCURA® 25 material - white liquid resin

Precise and flexible material, simulating the properties and appearance of polypropylene.

Example of application areas:

Functional Components for Assembly and Modeling: Automotive-style parts, dashboard and other components. Consumer electronics, toys, interlocking assemblages and masterbatches for silicone moulding.

Replaces numerically controlled machining of polypropylene for small series production of plastic parts. Simulates injection moulded parts.

Conceptual models and marketing.

Characteristics: Appearance and sensation to the touch of molded polypropylene, great flexibility with excellent ability to maintain the shape, resolution and precision of exceptional details.
Reliable and robust functional prototypes that can be used for master models.

Material ACCURA ® 60

Translucent and resistant plastic material, simulating the properties and appearance of polycarbonate.

Example of application areas:
Resistant functional prototypes, automotive components, consumer electronics (mobile phones...), medical instruments, laboratory equipment, lighting components (lenses...), models for visualisation and verification of fluid flows, master-models for silicone moulding, transparent presentation models.

Characteristics:
Resistant and rigid, high clarity and humidity resistant pieces.

Advantages:
Appearance and touch sensation of polycarbonate, visualization of details and internal passages.

Material ACCURA ® Xtreme

Performance and extreme resistance.

Example of application areas:
Prototypes for functional tests of form or assembly.

Master models for silicone/RTV moulding. Replaces numerically controlled machining of polypropylene and ABS.

Characteristics:
Appearance and feel as of a moulded plastic part. Exceptional strength and shock resistance.

Advantages:
Suitable for functional and assembly testing. Resistant to medium temperatures without deformation.

Material ACCURA ® ClearVue ™

Durable transparent plastic that simulates the properties and appearance of polycarbonate and ABS.
Example of application areas:
Models requiring great transparency:
• Headlights and lenses
• Fluid flow and visualization models
• Transparent assemblies
• Medical models and medical devices

Characteristics:
Transparent and humidity resistant material.

Advantages:
Appearance and touch sensation of polycarbonate, visualization of details.
